	1974 / October	Mr. Shigeo Sawada (President ) established Musashi Denshi Co., Ltd. in Irima-shi Saitama, Japan. for sales of electronic parts, after leaves Taiyo Yuden Co., Ltd.

	1976	Musashi Denshi Co., Ltd. changed company name to Seibu Electronic Parts Corporation. Head Office moved to Ikebukuro Toyoshima-ku Tokyo, Japan. Started ceramic capacitor and inductor ferrite application part mixture IC sales as an agency of Taiyo Yuden Co., Ltd..

	1977	Kyocera Corp. is concluded with the agency contract, and it starts sales of electronic parts and the ceramic substrates, etc.

	1978	Canon Inc. is concluded with the agency contract, and it starts sales of the micro motors.

	1984	Loam Ltd. is concluded with the agency contract, and it starts sales such as semiconductors.

	1993	Head Office moved to Shimo-Ochiai Shinjuku-ku Tokyo, Japan.

	2004	The overseas subsidiary Seibu Max Limited. established in Hong Kong. Started IPO assembly, importing and exporting business in Chinese market.

	2007 / April	Head Office moved to Higashi-Ikebukuro Toyoshima-ku Tokyo, Japan.

	2007 / June	Osaka Sales Office, established in Higashi-Osaka city Osaka, Japan.

	2011/March	Shigeo Sawada elects to the Chairman of the Board and Representative Director and yoshiaki Hiraga elects it to the President and Representative Director.
